My Weight Loss Journey...
I was an overweight, working professional and busy parent of three kids struggling with my workouts and diet. I really wanted to get back into my high-school shape, so I could keep up with my kids active lifestyle. Moreover, I worked with healthcare data and understood how poor lifestyle habits are killing the general population. I didn't want to end up with a heart attack in my 40's or 50's. I also wont lie, I wanted to get a six pack. But the thing is, I wasn't following the most crucial part of the weight loss equation. That meant I wasn't obtaining my coveted six-pack nor achieving a healthier level of fitness
I knew I faced what seemed like an up-hill battle with my time constraints, between work and child responsibilities. Getting workouts in were easy, but I seemed to be spinning my wheels. I was getting lost in all the various advice. There are 100s of various exercises, with some better than others, and trying to figure out which ones were working was a trial and error endeavor. Plus, I could exercise, but I knew my eating needed major restructuring!
