Many are in the same boat I was, busy and stressed, and confused by the fitness carousel of varying workout plans and unrealistic diets, such as intermittent fasting. We need a diet we're going follow the rest of our lives, not a short term fix.
If I could get ripped and maintain this lifestyle approach with my demanding professional career and my parenting responsibilities, I knew anyone could do it. I needed a way to develop my approach into a system that was easy to follow so anyone could do it and get in the best shape of their life, and stay that way!
I decided to create a 10 DVD series dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, whether they're 20 or 60 years old. I developed a comprehensive workout and meal plan and hired a quality production team to produce my fitness program.
We chose to call it “Back-to-Basics Workout Series”
